Using Google Video
Search uppermidwestmedia titles on Google Video
Google
Video is an
amazing new resource that allows users to view multi-media streaming
via the web. Upper Midwest Media will soon have all of our
titles
available on this service for 'high quality day pass viewing' and 'high
quality download'.
What is the advantage of using Google Video?
All of our titles will be offered on Google
Video at a significant
discount and will be available for viewing
at any time.
We are not the only educational resource on Google Video,
there
are thousands of other educational titles offered and new
content
is added every day.
How can my school use this service?
All you need is a google account
and a credit card to get started. Find the titles by
searching or via links in our online catalogue. Add the title
to your collection by choosing the
'download high quality' link (or
buy a 'day pass'). Have your faculty download the Google
Video
Player (Windows, Macintosh)
and load it. Once they have
signed in (File>Sign in) with the google account you have
established they will have access to all the purchased titles
at any time. We only ask that you do not share your
collection
beyond your school facility. (ISDs and REMCs Please contact us for
multi-school digital rights purchases.)
Eliminates the need for space to store physical media, no
more
broken
tapes or scratched DVDs, no more time transporting or keeping track of
media, JUST AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD AND YOUR EDUCATORS HAVE
ACCESS
TO YOUR COLLECTION.
Feel free to contact us with your questions, concerns, or thoughts!
