All Upper Midwest Media Titles have Multi-Site Use Rights: defined as the circulation or distribution of educational programming
to multiple single-site K-12 schools, higher education departments, or
library branches by regional or district K-12 education centers, boards,
or units, by higher education media centers, or by central public libraries.
Public Performance
Rights accompany
all Upper Midwest Media programs.
Google Video
accounts can be shared within a school but, we ask that you do not
share the account with other schools. ISDs please contact us for

Instructional
Television Fixed Service (ITFS) and other broadcast systems are approved
for Upper Midwest Media programs as long as the primary intent
is to deliver them for instruction in the schools.

Distance Learning
Policy:
if programs are screened at multiple sites during a distance learning
session, institutions are required to purchase tapes or rights for each
site.
Damaged or non-functional
copies of programs
are replaced free of charge, if returned within 30 days of receipt.
Preview Policies: free previews are granted
for a 30-day period. If not suitable, the program(s) may be returned within 30 days and the
invoice will be voided.

All Upper Midwest Media titles are backed by a satisfaction guarantee.
Customers will receive a full refund on any programs returned within 30
days of purchase.
Shipping:
UPS Ground - $5 for orders up to $60, $10 orders $60 to $120, $15 for orders $120 to $200, Shipping is free
for orders of $200.00 or more.
